Matzah Ball Soup

• Measure out 1/4 cup of ground matzah and stir in a single egg.


• Add one table spoon of oil, then one table spoon of either broth or water.


• Season to taste, adding salt pepper and whatever else you like.
  
  (tip: You can add a little more of everything if you use water instead of broth.)


• Mix it all, cover it, and let it sit in the fridge or freezer for a bit in order to firm up.


• When ready, wet you hands and roll it into two balls and let simmer in your broth until cooked.
