Pre-heat oven to 225F
Beat 4 Egg whites, gradually adding in 1 cup of sugar.
(tip: Make sure the bowl you use is dry and oil free!)
Once you're able to achieve stiff peaks when pulling out the whisk, plop some into some muffin tins so that they may rise and hollow.
Bake for like 20-30min.
Poke hole in the top and fill.

Matzah Ball Soup
Measure out 1/4 cup of ground matzah and stir in a single egg.
Add one table spoon of oil, then one table spoon of either broth or water.
Season to taste, adding salt pepper and whatever else you like.
(tip: You can add a little more of everything if you use water instead of broth.)
Mix it all, cover it, and let it sit in the fridge or freezer for a bit in order to firm up.
When ready, wet you hands and roll it into two balls and let simmer in your broth until cooked.
