(Speical) Meringues
- Pre-heat oven to 225F
- Beat 4 Egg whites, gradually adding in 1 cup of sugar.
(tip: Make sure the bowl you use is dry and oil free!)
- Once you're able to achieve stiff peaks when pulling out the whisk, plop some into some muffin tins so that they may rise and hollow.
- Bake for like 20-30min.
- Poke hole in the top and fill.
